01 Which ATC model fits my vehicle?
It depends on GVWR, box length, target temperature range, and your duty cycle. Call us with those 4 parameters and we'll identify the compatible ATC model — usually in under 5 minutes.
02 How long does installation take?
A standard install takes 2 to 4 business days once the unit arrives. ATC lead time: 4 to 8 weeks depending on the model. For emergencies (breakdown replacement), we offer in-stock units.
03 Do you handle temperature calibration?
Yes — factory calibration + on-vehicle calibration at delivery, with a logbook handed to the client. For GxP applications (pharma), we offer certified annual calibration.
04 What does the ATC warranty cover?
ATC factory warranty in full effect when installation goes through Leduc & Fils or our authorized network. Parts and labor coverage for manufacturing defects; duration varies by component.
05 Do you offer emergency service if the unit fails in transit?
Yes — 24/7 emergency line answered by a human, even at night. If we can't get to you immediately, we coordinate with the closest ATC sub-distributor to your location.
06 Do you sell to consumers?
Our main activity is B2B (commercial fleets). For private vehicles (camping, RVs), we refer to our specialized sub-distributors or to an adapted ATC recommendation.
